Better sharing for My Progress

Make an info card view which is something like a mix between My Progress and the “change” overlay in the Photos tab. It could optionally include before and after photos.

It could be an improvement to My Progress rather than a new screen.

This should be easily sharable, as well as being a nice dashboard
