Set Waist to Hip as Goal

Better for people building muscle I want to decrease my waist and increase my hip. So my goal is decreasing the ratio. For example; waist 70cm hip 85cm waist/hip 0.82 waist 65cm. #less fat hip 90cm. #more muscle waist/hip 0.72
